The air in Hanoi is almost constantly filled with the sound of buzzing, drilling and crashing as construction and renovation projects big and small spill out on to the streets. It’s no surprise then, that whole streets are dedicated to the selling of drills, cables, tools, wire and, er, other metal stuff (I’m not an expert in this field, I’ll admit). These pictures were all taken last month in one such street, round the back of the old football stadium

Wonderful photos. I loved Hanoi, especially wandering the streets where they sold these kinds of things.
